When you place an order with Epic Rides Gear, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the goods to you and send you a shipping confirmation email, signifying our acceptance of your purchase of bike accessories.

All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. Should a product be incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

Product availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer options such as backorder, alternative products, or a full refund. Our goal is to provide reliable touring backpacks and repair kits, but stock levels can fluctuate.

Shipping terms and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in our shipping policy. Responsibility for purchased items transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid complications.

Order modifications or cancellations are possible before your order enters the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, and you will need to refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.

At Epic Rides Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. This includes bike helmets, reflective tapes, and other accessories.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. We can assist with size adjustments or swapping for a different product. The availability of exchange items is subject to our current stock. We aim for a seamless exchange process.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Customers are generally responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a pre-paid return label. Damaged or defective products are covered under manufacturer warranties, and we will assist you with these claims.
